The results of the Environment-oriented Cost Management (EoCM) tool application have been reported by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) Business Review in August 2008.

CEIBS Business Review is the first real business review journal in China. Its circulation in 2008 is 100,000 (95,000 in mainland China and 5,000 abroad) and the readership will be doubled in 3 years.

A three-page article with the title of 'EoCM  - Win-Win Module of Environment and Cost' has been published in the Journal. EoCM, the environmental management tool which was introduced into Zhejiang starting from 2004 was presented with a case study of one pharmaceutical company.
